● Part-Time: 5 Half Days per week (8:30 am – 12:30 pm).

Early Bird Tuition Reward
We love rewarding our families who help our center stay organized! To show our appreciation, we offer
an Early Payment Discount to all private-paying families who submit their tuition in advance.
How to Qualify
To receive your savings, simply submit your payment on or before the 20th of the month prior to the
tuition due date.
● Example: Pay by August 20th for September’s tuition.
● Example: Pay by September 20th for October’s tuition.
Important: How To Apply Your Discount
Please note: This is a self-deducted discount. When making your early payment, please subtract
the appropriate amount from your total before submitting.

We offer three distinct waitlist tiers for our Infant and Toddler classrooms. Please review these options
to determine which best fits your family’s timeline and needs.
Note: All registration and holding fees are non-refundable.
Option 1: Guaranteed Start Date
Best for families who need a locked-in start date.
● Registration Fee: $150
● Holding Fee: 50% of your monthly tuition, paid each month from the time the spot becomes
available until your chosen start date.
● Benefit: Secures a guaranteed spot and start date for your child.
Option 2: Priority Waitlist
Best for families looking for the next available opening.
● Registration Fee: $150
● Deposit: First month’s tuition (non-refundable).
● How it works: You will be assigned a number on our priority list. When a spot opens, we will
contact you via phone and email.
● Response Window: You have 48 hours to respond and begin the registration process. If we do
not hear from you within this window, we will offer the spot to the next family in line.

We have an early payment discount and a sibling discount.
Sibling discount is 10% off of the lesser tuition cost.
Early Payment Discount to private paying families when they pay tuition early
To qualify for this monthly saving, please ensure your payment is submitted on or before the 20th of the month prior to the tuition due date. For instance, you’d pay by August 20th for September’s tuition, and by September 20th for October’s.
Here’s how much you can deduct from your payment:
Full-time tuition: Deduct $50
Part-time tuition: Deduct $25
Daily rate tuition: Deduct $10
For existing/returning families as of 03/01/2026 we honor our previous policy for annual payments listed below.
For new incoming families after 3/01/2026 the annual payment option is no longer available.
Annual tuition:
If parents wish to pay for a full school year, there will be a 15% discount off the total price.
If you choose to un-enroll your student for any reason, half of the full year tuition will be refunded when a written notice has been provided one month or more prior to the child’s last day (IF that termination is happening between September and December.)
If the unenrollment occurs between January and March we can refund a quarter of the yearly tuition.

Late Payment Fees = $100 every week late
Late Pick up Fees = $8 every 15 minutes late (If you are late please call so we can assure your child that you are safe) Late Pick up fees accrue after your agreed upon departure time.
Diaper & Wipe Fee = $10 per day
Forgotten Lunch Fee = $10 per lunch
Spare clothes Fee = $10 per outfit (you are free to keep the clothing)
Yes!
If you wish to change your child’s schedule we do require a 4 week notice. Any schedule changes will not go into effect for 4 weeks. If space allows we may waive this requirement.
If you wish to withdraw your child from our program we require 4 weeks notice. Tuition will be prorated accordingly.
If you choose to leave our program prior to 4 weeks your tuition will still be due until the 4 week period is complete. Payment plans will be accepted under certain circumstances.
We do not reimburse for absences, or family vacation time.
We do reimburse if Madrona has an unexpected or unplanned closure.
